Oh my Chocolate!

This past few weeks, my mom got sick.. i'm so sad about that, but despite of that i'm eager to have a post at least once a week. But my fingertips tells me to stop for a while.. be at my self solve my tensions and agony in my life(tears..)

My mom is the most important person in my life.. that's why it has a big impact to me.. when I see her everyday..crying because of the pain she feels everytime her head is aching or attacked her hypertension..and see her lying in the bed of the hospital.. My gosh! I don't know what to do.. but don't you worry my dear reader's my mom is quite okay for now.. Thank's to God..

And beacuse of that big connivance happening in my beautiful life. I'll look at my tommorow with a smile on my face because of my everdearest favorite food !

and How can Chocolate help me.. uhmm.. just read this facts:

Chocolates..They are delicious. And now, they also seem to be beneficial for your health. A daily dose of yummy dark chocolate may help patients suffering from the chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

According to scientists from Hull York Medical School, dark chocolates have been found to lower levels of serotonin, a brain chemical related to CFS. Serotonin is also believed to play an important role in the regulation of anger, aggression, body temperature, mood, sleep, vomiting and appetite. The team said patients with CFS found that their symptoms were alleviated when they consumed dark chocolate, much more so than when they consumed milk chocolate that had brown dye added to it.

The scientists, however, stressed that the quantity of dark chocolate consumed should be moderate. Endocrinologist Steve Atkin said, “Although it was a small study, two patients went back to work after being off for six months. Dark chocolate is high in polyphenols, which have been associated with health benefits such as reduction in blood pressure. Also, high polyphenols appear to improve levels of serotonin in the brain, which has been linked with CFS.” According to nutritionist Dr Shikha Sharma, consuming two cubes of dark chocolate is good enough. “Dark chocolates better preserve the benefits of cocoa as they have less sugar in it. Cocoa is rich in antioxidant properties. It’s even better when added with resins or nuts. But it has to be consumed in moderation. Consuming bars of dark chocolate can overstimulate the nervous system,” Sharma said. Atkin and his team then carried out a trial on 10 patients to check whether dark chocolate benefited them also.

As part of the experiment, the patients received a daily dose - 45g - of dark chocolate or white chocolate dyed to look like dark chocolate for two months. This was followed by a month in which they were not given any chocolate, before being given the other type of chocolate for two months. To their surprise, the researchers noted that patients taking dark chocolate reported significantly less fatigue when they started eating the sweet. They also reported more fatigue when they stopped eating it.

RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury)

I take a rest this past few days, that’s why I didn’t have a post.. not because I have still aftershock because of my newly website. Your wrong!
Last Saturday after I wake up in the morning my hands are too tired and also I’m suffering in backache. I’m not in the mood to post for my blog. Then I got wonder why I feel this.
Suddenly, I remembered about my professor said when I was in college about this symptoms. It reminds me about the RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). Oh my gosh! Did I have that?? Let’s check it out..!

what is RSI?
Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)- is a potentially debilitating condition resulting from overusing the hands to perform a repetitive task, such as typing, writing, or clicking a mouse. Anyone who uses a computer regularly is at risk and should know about RSI. Unfortunately, most people are uninformed and do not understand what RSI is or how serious it can be.
What are the symptoms of RSI?
The primary warning sign of RSI is pain in the upper extremities (fingers, palms, wrists, forearms, shoulders). The pain may be burning, aching, or shooting. It could be local (e.g., fingertips) or diffuse (e.g., the entire forearm). The pain will typically be increased after a long session of computer use. Keep in mind, however, you can have severe RSI without experiencing pain.

SYMPTOMS OF RSI
Do you experience:
-Fatigue or lack of endurance?
-Weakness in the hands or forearms?
-Tingling, numbness, or loss of sensation?
-Heaviness: Do your hands feel like dead weight?
-Clumsiness: Do you keep dropping things?
-Lack of strength in your hands? Is it harder to open jars? Cut vegetables?
-Lack of control or coordination?
-Chronically cold hands?
-Heightened awareness? Just being slightly more aware of a body part can be a clue that something is wrong.
-Hypersensitivity?
-Frequent self-massage (subconsciously)?
-Sympathy pains? Do your hands hurt when someone else talks about their hand pain?

Avoiding memory gap

memory gap or rain drain.. well i'm suffering it right now, and I search about my dilemma.. and I wanna share it to all of you..



Those of us who are busy all the time can experience burnout, exhaustion, and fatigue from spending long periods of time in focused concentration. I call this syndrome "Brain Drain." Brain drain, if gone unchecked, can result in depression, stress, and even anger if you push after the drain has set in. So even though you need to keep your project going nonstop, you would be much more productive if at the first sign of brain drain, you took a break and did something about it.
Here are some of the signs you might be suffering from brain drain.
-Mental exhaustion.
-Irritation or drowsiness when thinking about what you have to do.
-Putting off certain tasks because they are "too hard to think about."
-Snipping at others who are not moving fast enough.
-Feeling as if the harder you work, the farther behind you get.
-Feeling depressed, stressed out, or as if you can't keep up mentally with your task list.

Here are 10 ways you can beat brain drain.
1.Meditate By meditate, I mean sitting and closing your eyes for 20 minutes or so. Sit still and simply observe the thoughts that come into your mind. Don't try to solve any problems. Just watch and let go.
2. Take A Walk A brisk walk outdoors—especially in a park or someplace you are not familiar with will take your mind off your main task so it can relax. Pay attention to the scenes as you travel. Stop and smell the roses, as the cliche goes. Take a minute to see the beauty of panoramas.
3.Listen to classical music Sitting still with relaxing Mozart or Bach playing through headphones can transcend the brain drain. It will relax you while coaxing your mind to think about other things. (Editor: Here are some free classical music downloads.)
4.Read something entertaining There is nothing like a chapter of your favorite book to take your mind off the causes of your brain drain. Reading is an interactive action, so you keep your mind active, while relaxing at the same time. Tip: Use reading for 10-20 minutes as a reward for 30 minutes of focused work. Use an egg timer to keep track.

5.Reboot your brain with a caffeine nap. University studies show that drinking a cup of coffee and then immediately taking a 10-15 minute catnap gives you an energy boost. This is called a caffeine nap. I've found it works equally well for brain drain. (Just make sure you have something to do when you wake up, because you are going to be ready to rock and roll.)
6.Go to a movie. If you can fit in a two hour movie, at the theater, it is worth the time and money just so you can get away mentally and physically. Sitting in front of the big screen is a great way to take your mind off everything.
7. Listen to motivational CDs This is a tip I picked up from Steve Pavlina. When he's tired from intense thinking, he pops in a motivational CD. Although it might seem like this would be more work, it isn't. By listening, you can relax, and become almost passive, as the ideas and strategies gradually break the drain.
8.Play a sport Studies show that people who do a competitive sport such as tennis, basketball, golf, martial arts, or football are happier overall. To compete in the sport may make you tired physically, but will wake you up mentally. When you wake up mentally, brain drain stops being as big a problem.
9.Break down your project into bite-sized chunks Rome wasn't built in a day. Maybe you are trying to move your mountain in a day too. Take a half hour or an hour to take a close look at your projects. Are you trying to write a novel in one day, when it would be more practical to shoot for three pages of a novel a day? You might be in brain drain because you simply don't have sensible objectives.
10.Play a game Halo 3 players rejoice! Playing a game that gets you away from your draining thoughts is an excellent way to get past the sluggishness. You might prefer crossword puzzles or sudokus if you don't like video games. Either way, playing a game lets you know life doesn't always have to be so serious and focused. Make time for play too!

Remember, the good news is brain drain means you are using your brain at maximum capacity. The bad news is you are not giving your brain needed periods of rest. Rest is important for creative thinking and problem solving. Thus a series of short breaks between your work is necessary for you to work at a high level. So in planning your next intense project, be sure to scatter in several scheduled periods where you can take a break and give your brain some time to incubate.

wear sunscreen

..i'm always getting wonderful tips from time to time! why? because once I read some blogs, articles that inspires me...i say to myself "I'LL POST IT TO MY BLOG" , not just to be a copywriter forever.. hahaha.. but to spread some helfpul knowledge from all of you because you inspires me also..

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.
